Gary Bedore's thoughts: Talk about underrated ... you still hear some people debating whether Miles had a great season last year. Can you say Final Four? KU wouldn't have made it without the slick floor general who had a zillion more assists than turnovers.

Miles can shoot from the outside and figures to show that ability this season. He is a throwback point guard, however, preferring the assist to the bucket. As he gets more aggressive, the sky is the limit for a player who also figures to be playing in the NBA some day. Sort of shy last year, this guy may show more and more of his personality as he ages. He is known as one of the pranksters on the team.
